|
3. How much does it cost?
4. What type of flooring and sound system do we need?
5. Who should I contact about performances?
6. Where can I see videos of previous performances?
- We do not charge anything for our performances. We ask for a suggested donation but this is not expected. For a 30-45 minute Show we typically ask for $150 from non-profits and $300 from for-profit organizations. We are also willing to do free shows for Non-Profits based on availability, proximity to our studio, etc... Please note that all Payments should be made to our separate Non-Profit Organization, "Lancaster Celtic Arts Foundation Inc.." Your payment will go to a wonderful program that supports our dancers . You can go the website for more information: www.LancasterCelticArts.org.
4. What type of flooring and sound system do we need?
- We prefer elevated wood floors to dance on although we have performed on concrete, carpet, etc... We have liners we can lay down over ceramic tile, finished wood, etc... to prevent damage to the floor and slipping for the dancers. A sound system with an IPod hook-up is ideal and we can also bring our own sound system if needed. Our dancers can also perform to live music if you have a band playing traditional, Irish music.
