Adult Classes
A Note from the Teacher:
"As someone who trained and competed as an adult, I completely understand the difficulties of juggling an endeavor such a dance class with the responsibilities of life. I also realize the limitations but also the incredible capabilities our bodies have as we age. My goal in teaching Adult classes is to offer traditional Irish Dancing in a way that continues the beautiful heritage of the dance but also pushes each dancer to their best level of fitness and do all this with the grace required to cater to busy adults. It is typically one of my favorite classes to teach." -Esther |
