Fitness Philosophy: For any athlete to reach their full physical potential, they must maintain a high fitness level. This fitness level is attained through many important avenues including exercise, proper nutrition, mental strength, rest and recovery, strength training, etc... Below are some helpful tips and links for our dancers (and their families) to help them reach their fitness goals. |

Mental StrengthA great way to find mental peace and strength is through weekly support groups (from Sunday School to getting together with friends) and also through reading from books that promote health and hope. Children can read stories about successful athletes and adults can find inspiration from many different genres from biographies to self-help books. Check out your local library to see what you can find!
